Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Triplenso mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Triplenso.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Triplenso. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. We may request proof of parental consent and reserve the right to verify consent before allowing account access. Users who cannot provide valid consent will not be permitted to use the service. By using Triplenso, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Description of Service

Triplenso is an AI-powered learning platform available on iOS and web that creates personalized learning paths, provides AI coaching, and offers community features. We use artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Perplexity AI) to generate learning plans, exercises, and recommendations. The quality and accuracy of AI-generated content may vary and should not be relied upon as the sole source for critical educational decisions.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may sign in using your email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

Triplenso offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Paid subscriptions may be billed through Apple's App Store (for iOS in-app purchases) or through our web payment partner Polar (for web-based purchases). Each payment provider's terms and conditions apply to transactions processed through their services. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. For App Store subscriptions, manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. For web subscriptions, manage through your account settings on the Platform. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period upon cancellation, but you will retain access until the end of your paid period. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

Credits System

Triplenso uses a credits system for certain AI-powered features. Credits are allocated based on your subscription tier and may be purchased separately. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire according to your subscription terms. We reserve the right to modify credit allocations and pricing with reasonable notice.

Free Trial

If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time during the trial period through your account settings at no charge.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Triplenso only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users; post offensive, illegal, or infringing content in community features; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform; create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits; use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform; train AI models on Triplenso content without written permission; use the Platform for commercial purposes without explicit agreement; or impersonate any person or entity.

User-Generated Content

You may post content through community features, including text posts, comments, images, and videos. You may upload files up to 1GB per file, and videos exceeding 100MB may be automatically compressed to optimize performance and storage. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Triplenso a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Platform. You are solely responsible for any content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Triplenso's AI generates educational recommendations, learning paths, exercises, and resource suggestions. These may contain errors, outdated information, or incomplete coverage of topics. Users should not rely solely on Triplenso for critical educational decisions. External resources recommended by our AI may become unavailable, change, or contain inaccurate information. We do not guarantee educational outcomes or improvements in learning capacity. AI-generated content is provided for educational assistance only and does not constitute professional advice.

Intellectual Property

The Triplenso platform, including its design, features, AI models, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. External learning resources linked through our platform remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our written permission.

Account Termination & Data Retention

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Platform. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your profile and personally identifiable information will be marked for deletion and will not be publicly visible. However: your user-generated content (posts, comments) may remain visible attributed to a deleted account unless you specifically request removal; payment records and transaction history will be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations; and credit transaction records will be anonymized but retained for audit purposes. You may request a data export before deletion or complete removal of all content by contacting info@triplenso.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Triplenso is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated learning plans will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. External resources recommended by our AI may become unavailable or change. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content or AI-generated recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triplenso and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, or in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such forums.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and Triplenso, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
